Q: Where is your physical store located?
We’re located inside the Salem Icenter, downstairs. The address is 60 Lowell Rd, Salem, NH 03079.
Q: Do you only sell hockey gear?
While hockey is our main focus, we also offer custom team apparel for other sports like softball, lacrosse, and soccer upon request.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! During checkout, choose “Local Pickup” if you’re near our rink location. We’ll email you when your order is ready.
Q: Can I order a custom jersey online?
Custom jerseys are not sold directly on the site. To order, fill out our Custom Jersey Request Form with your name, number, logo, and any notes. We'll follow up to finalize the order.
Q: What sizes are available?
Most items range from Youth Small to Adult 3XL. Each product page includes a sizing chart when available.
Q: Can I customize items with my name or number?
Some products will offer optional name and number fields. If you don't see those options, reach out and we may be able to customize it for you.
Q: How long does shipping take?
In-stock items typically ship in 3–5 business days. Custom items may take longer depending on production.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Non-customized items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Custom or personalized items are final sale.
